Morning, Sunshine
Every morning, energy rises. The world stretches awake, the first light spills across the sky, and for a brief moment, everything is open. You can move with this energy, or you can fight against it. This practice is about learning to rise with it.
A Morning and Evening Ritual
Morning:
Before opening your eyes, before your mind starts running, pause. Take a slow, deep breath in. Feel golden light pouring in from above, filling every part of you, flowing all the way down to your toes. Let it clear the heaviness, shake off the sleep, and bring warmth to your day.
As you exhale, feel a dark, steady river flowing up from your feet, traveling through you, carrying away tension, softening your body, grounding you in stillness. One energy lifts, the other settles.
Breathe like this for a few minutes. Let it be effortless, like the tide moving in and out.
Evening:
At night, as the world slows down, do the same. The golden light flows in, the dark river washes everything unnecessary away. If you fall asleep mid-breath, even better—it will keep working as you rest.
Do this for three months. No force, no expectations. Just let the light rise and fall.
