Sit Silently and Wait
Stillness is not empty—it is full of whispers, of movement too subtle for a busy mind to catch. This practice is about waiting without expectation, about being open to what arises when you simply sit and listen.
A Practice of Patience
Find a quiet space. Somewhere you won’t be disturbed. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and do nothing. No effort, no technique—just waiting.
Notice the world around you. The sound of the wind, the breath in your body, the way silence is never truly silent. If thoughts come, let them. If restlessness stirs, welcome it. Stay with the waiting.
If something arrives—a shift, a deepening, a whisper of quiet within—receive it. If nothing comes, let that be enough. Stillness is its own gift.
When the time feels right, open your eyes. Move slowly. Carry the quiet with you.
