Move like Water

Water doesn’t resist. It doesn’t force. It moves, it carries, it holds. This practice is about letting go of effort, about swimming not to reach anywhere, but to feel yourself carried.

A Practice of Flow and Surrender

Step into the water. Feel its touch, the way it wraps around you. Take a deep breath, let yourself sink for a moment, then rise, weightless.

Begin to move. Slow strokes, steady breath. Feel how the water moves with you, how it pushes and pulls, how you are never separate from it.

If your mind drifts—thinking, trying, measuring—let it go. Come back to the feeling of water against your skin. The stretch of your arms. The rhythm of your breath.

Let yourself glide. Let movement become effortless. Swim not to go anywhere, but to be here.

When you’re ready, stop. Float. Let everything settle. Let everything be.
