Run like the Wind

There is a moment when running shifts—when it is no longer something you are doing, but something you are. The body moves, the breath deepens, the mind quiets. This practice is about reaching that place. About moving beyond effort, beyond thought, into pure being.

A Practice of Breath and Motion

Find an open space—a road, a path, a trail. Somewhere you can run without thinking, without stopping.

Start slow. Feel your feet against the earth. Feel your breath moving in and out. Don’t force the pace—let it find you.

As you run, notice when the mind tries to take over—when it counts, calculates, distracts. Let those thoughts pass. Keep moving. Keep breathing.

If tension appears, soften into it. If the rhythm breaks, return to the breath. Let the movement become natural, effortless. Let running carry you, instead of you carrying it.

When the time feels right, slow down. Feel your pulse, your breath, the warmth of your body. Let yourself rest. Let yourself be still.
