Praise the Rising Sun

Before the world fully wakes, there is a moment of stillness—soft, expectant, full of possibility. This practice invites you to step into that space, to greet the rising sun not with words, but with sound.

A Morning Practice of Devotion

Wake before dawn, while the sky is still dark. Find a quiet space, inside or out. As the first hint of light appears, begin to hum, moan, sing—whatever arises naturally. Let the sounds come without effort, without meaning. Just movement, just feeling.

Sway if you like. Let your body move with the rhythm of your voice. Let this be praise, offering, celebration—not as something forced, but as something felt.

Continue until the sun has fully risen. Then stop. Sit in the quiet that follows. Notice the shift inside you.

Move into your day attuned to something deeper. A different rhythm. A different way of being.
