Spring Cleaning
When the seasons shift, so does energy. Spring is a time of renewal—a chance to clear out what no longer serves and make space for something new. This practice is about more than tidying up; it’s about releasing, resetting, and inviting fresh energy into your home and spirit.
A Practice of Cleansing and Renewal
Set an intention before you begin. What are you clearing space for? A sense of ease? A new beginning? More light, more clarity? Hold that feeling as you move through this ritual.
Open your windows. Let fresh air move through your space, carrying out anything stagnant. Shake out the old, welcome the new.
Declutter with purpose. As you go through your belongings, ask yourself: Do I need this? Does it bring me joy? Does it belong in the life I am creating? If not, let it go—with gratitude.
Clean with awareness. As you sweep, dust, and wipe down surfaces, imagine clearing away more than just dirt. Picture the space being refreshed, energized, renewed. If it feels right, add scent—burn incense, diffuse essential oils, or let the smell of fresh flowers fill the air.
When you finish, pause. Look around. Feel the difference. The space is lighter, and so are you.
Take a deep breath in. Set a new intention for the season ahead. Step forward with clarity, with purpose, with room to grow.
