Stop!

Life moves fast. Thoughts race, actions follow, and we are carried forward without pause. But what happens when you stop? This practice is about interrupting the momentum—suddenly, completely—creating a crack in time where presence rushes in.

A Practice of Stillness and Awareness

Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing—stop. No warning, no preparation. Just stop.

Freeze mid-step, mid-thought, mid-motion. Feel the silence that follows. The shift. The sudden clarity of being here.

Stay there. No adjustments, no reactions. Just awareness. Half a minute. Then, just as suddenly, continue.

Do this six times a day. More if you like. Not less.

Notice what changes. The way the mind stumbles, the space that opens, the presence that fills the gap.

Let stopping become a doorway. Let awareness catch up to life.
